Emiy and Tina Visit

Two weekends ago my sister Emily and my niece Tina (my sister Becky's daughter) came to visit us. Emily was in town for work and Tina came to play and explore.

The kids were spoiled by new outfits from Emily

Saturday we went to Hampton Court Palace, then to Covent Garden and finished at North Sea Fish and Chips which was so delicious!!!

A unicorn and the Greyhound of Richmond at Hampton Court

Chillin' like royalty in Henry VIII's great hall

A beautiful ceiling at Hampton Court

This mural was painted on the ceiling and down the wall

The kids loved dressing up and even Benji got in on the action this time

We stopped for a frozen yogurt expecting frozen yogurt like in the States. This was actual frozen plain yogurt - no sweeteners, just tart like plain yogurt. So weird. Don't eat at Snog while you're in town.
We made up for it by having a proper soft serve from a truck ;)

Tina is a hair stylist and very sweetly brought her shears, knowing that we never fixed Ruby's self-cut. She gave Rue an adorable bob, and Grace a much needed trim.

Sunday was General Conference, but with the time delay. We went to the British Museum and then headed home via the scenic route for some toad in the hole for dinner.

The girls loved this diamond tiara and had fun pretending to wear it (it's in the case behind them).

We had a great time! Thanks for coming ladies!!
