Laughter...now in video :)
Woody Allen said "I am thankful for laughter, except when milk comes out of my nose." I think Gracie can relate. Though it's usually not laughter that makes milk come out her nose yet, she has just started to laugh at us. But milk coming out her nose makes us laugh :)

About the Bjorn - if I cinch it pretty tight and make sure it is positioned right over the lumbar area then my back does pretty well - even with a 15lb baby! :)
