12 Days of Christmas

We started off the holiday season at the Dallas Arboretum at the 12 Days of Christmas. Ben and Grace were so cute holding hands the whole time. It just melts my heart when my kids love on each other!

November

Team Grant! Our nephew who is just a few weeks older than Emmi is fighting cancer. He is such a fighter and so brave. We love to wear our Team Grant bracelets to remember him. We sure love that boy!

HP split into Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc. Rob worked really hard with his team in the split. He was a HR rockstar :)

My sister Emily and niece Sarah came for a weekend visit. We took a day trip down to Waco one day to visit Magnolia Market, the store for the HGTV show Fixer Upper.

They have a huge lawn with lawn toys. The kids loved to play there while we waited for our lunch which was the most amazing food truck pizza.

They also had the most incredible and cute garden area

Next we went to the Dr. Pepper museum

Emily taught the girls that you can soak colored pencils in water and use them like face paints

We had an amazing time with them exploring new places and playing games and having a great time!

This is what our kitchen looked like every morning for the first week after Halloween...little buddy helped himself to a candy breakfast every morning.

Ben finally wanted to hold Emmi. He was really cute and sweet with her, though she was maybe not quite as thrilled :)

Grace did the Boosterthon and was really cute 

Ben got some new tennis shoes and loved them so much he refused to take them off for sleep

The tornado sirens went off late one night. The kids weren't thrilled about having to get up and hang out in the laundry room for a bit.

Grace did an amazing job in the second grade play, Circus Circus. She was an amazing kazooist :)

   

We decided to re-do the tile in our laundry room that was cracked with our foundation issues. It was a hard job but it was so worth it in the end!
