We are really excited to be living here at Christmastime. We have heard a lot about London's fantastic Christmas displays and events, so the first Saturday we were here we packed everyone up and headed to Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park on Ruby's 3rd birthday! It has a section that is like a German Christmas Market and another part that's like a massive fair with rides and games.
We waited in line to meet Santa for an hour, but he was cool! We even made a friend, Jack, who asked what kingdom we were from :)
That evening we celebrated with the Petts. We bought a cake and candles, but forgot about something to light them with, so we just pretended. Ruby loved being special that day and loves to tell everyone that she's 3 now!
Ruby is so sweet, she's very cuddly when she wants to be, but wants to be are the operative words there. She has definite opinions and is quite headstrong, but she's always ready to have fun and be adventurous. We sure do love our Ru-boo!
