November

So much happened last month! It flew by before we knew it!
We started out transplanting a pecan tree from our Bishop's yard. We thought it would only take around 30 minutes to dig up, but over an hour later we were still there digging and digging...

The tap root was taller than Ruby!

Here it is all planted finally!

Another big project we took on was to "pick up" a free shed and transplant it to our yard....much easier said than done! Rob has been working on it every spare minute for weeks and it's finally close to being finished!

We had some really unusually cold days for Texas a few weeks back. It was amazing to see the enormous icicles on the water park at the Athletic Center.

He hit his mouth at the store one day and ended up with a blood mustache. So cute and sad!

Today is brought to you by the color PINK!

Some of my favorite ladies!

My awesome brother John sent me some of my Dad's sourdough starter that's been handed down from the pioneers...at least that's the story and we're sticking to it! We've enjoyed lots of yummy sourdough creations recently!

We got to do to a Dallas Stars game courtesy of HP. It was a fun triple date with some of our favorite friends who work for HP! We must be getting old though because for 30 minutes on the ride down we were all gushing about how much we love our minivans.

We got a dehydrator for Christmas from my parents and got to open it early and enjoy some dehydrated apples. Yum!

Grace bought the fabric and made herself a pillow

Rob and I chaperoned a youth dance and had fun with the props in the photo booth!

We have so much to be thankful for!
